Terms of Service
Hey there! If you're interested in commissioning an art piece from me, I happily await your ideas.
But before we move forward you should take a moment to review my terms of service. This is everything
you should know before starting a commission with me. It won't take very long I promise!
Eligibility
To be eligible to commission, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to comply with all terms
- Cannot present an idea that's on the blacklist
- Must be ready to pay when asked for payment
- Have a valid email address
- Have contact info (Reddit, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
Character References
Please have a reference sheet or reference images ready to go when you ask for
a commission. It helps to have an idea of what you'd like for your art, but if
you're unsure feel free to ask for ideas!
You can provide reference images that are NSFW in nature, but please remember
that I only draw SFW art!
I don't normally make art for anyone with no character or reference sheet, but
if needed I can provide character design services for a small fee.
Artist's Rights and Client's Rights
Artist's Rights:
- I may use any created artwork for my own self-promotion
(artist portfolio, post adverts, etc.)
- I may decline your commission for any reason
- I reserve the right to refuse any commissioner that violates any ethical discussions
Client's Rights:
- You have full ownership of the art you commission
- You can edit and modify the art as needed with the provided .psd file
(adjust colors, layers, etc.)
YOU CANNOT:
- Resell the artwork as a standalone piece (selling it alongside other art of a character that you're selling
is fine!)
- Claim the art as your own work
Any issues brought forward because you violated the rights of myself or violated this
section will mean you will end up blacklisted and will no longer be able to commission me.
What I will draw:
- Any species
- Any body type
What I won't draw:
- Nudity, genitals, or anything considered NSFW
- Fetish art
- Humans (giving myself time to practice so my human art looks prettier)
Unclothed characters are perfectly fine! But bear in mind that they'll be drawn with Barbie-style anatomy (no explicit bits)
Ethical Conditions
Be kind! As long as you're respectful everything will go smoothly.
Please be mindful of my schedule! While I may generally be available 24/7, sometimes
life obligations will need my attention and I may be unable to work on your commission
right away. Typically I like to start your art right away and dedicate plenty of time
to it. However if anything happens that may slow or delay the process you'll be the
first to know! Your patience is super appreciated!
If you meet me with hostility a few things may happen, including revocation of the
commission with a full refund if possible, revocation of the commission with a partial
refund (depending on the progress made), or if near the end of the commission I will
simply finish the commission to basic standards and no longer accept any requests
for edits or tweaks.
Payment
All payments must be made via PayPal if possible.
Please note that payment isn't required until a sketch is approved to be finalized.
Once you approve a sketch, I will ask for payment and provide my PayPal email address.
When payment is received, the fun can begin and your art will be lined and colored!
I can only refund you if the full line art hasn't been finished. Anything further will
only be a partial refund if requested, and you must agree to not finish the artwork
yourself (i.e. filling in the color)
The Process (5 Stages)
Feel free to ask for a WIP at any point of this process!
- References should be provided, as well as any ideas you would like for your art
- A sketch is started with WIPs provided along the way. At this point, you're welcome
to request any changes or tweaks to the art.
- Once approved, the sketch will have its final line art inked!
- After lineart is finished, color and final touches are added
- By this point the art is finished and is all yours! I can still make tiny changes as needed,
but be sure you're happy with the sketch in stage 2 first!
